Delivery information

All our prices do not include shipping costs.

The shipping cost is added to the order and is paid by the customer. They are calculated based on the weight and / or size of the items.

As soon as your package has been shipped by Ayumu World (from Belgium) you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. In this shipping confirmation you will also receive a track & trace code, with which you can track your package.

  • At Ayumu World you pay no shipping costs for orders from € 55. * This is for shipments within Europe.
  • For orders with an order value under € 55 you pay € 4,95 shipping costs (Belgium).

 

The delivery costs and shipping time with courier service

The delivery costs within Belgium will be displayed with your order, this is € 4.95.

The delivery costs to The Netherlands will be displayed with your order, this is € 7,95.

The delivery costs to Luxembourg will be displayed with your order, this is € 8,95.

The delivery costs to Germany will be displayed with your order, this is € 8,95.

The delivery costs to France will be displayed with your order, this is € 10,95.

The delivery costs to Ireland will be displayed with your order, this is € 14,95.

The delivery costs to The United Kingdom will be displayed with your order, this is € 12,95.

 

The delivery costs can change following changes made by the designated courier service. (DPD, Bpost, PostNL or GLS)

 

De shipping time for the products in stock, it concerns 1 to 4 working days. (adv the different destination / courier service, this is always subject to change)

    Articles not collected

    Ayumu World is not responsible for packages that have not been received or picked up. (These particular packages will be shipped back to our company.)

    Ayumu World is not responsible for the items returned. We will charge shipping costs in the event that a package has not been picked up or received. If you work outside the home, it is therefore sometimes wise to enter your work address as the delivery address.

    Information about returns

    Ayumu World of course hopes that you are satisfied with your purchase! Unfortunately, it may happen that you wish to (partially) return the order. As a customer you have the right to contact us within 14 days and return it.

    We want you to register the return first and this from the date on which you received the order. The return shipment must then be sent within 14 days.

    (Please follow our return roadmap for your convenience.)

     

    Important points to consider about returns:

    • After the aforementioned 14 days, the purchase is a fact.
    • The item must be undamaged, not used or worn.
    • Keep in mind that the costs and responsibility for returning the goods are for your own account.
    • If we have received the article correctly, you will receive the purchase amount refunded to your account within 14 days. (By the purchase amount we mean without the shipping costs.)

     

    Which products are not possible to return?

    • Food / nutrition: purchases offered from our 'Global Food' range, you cannot exercise the right of return.
    • There is no right of withdrawal for the delivery of goods manufactured according to the consumer's specifications, or which are clearly intended for a specific person. The delivery of goods that spoil quickly or with a limited shelf life; the delivery of goods which, by their nature, are irrevocably mixed with other products after delivery.

     

    Steps for the return

     Registration for the return. Contact: contact @ ayumuworld.be. Please include your name and order number in the email for quick processing. (We aim to answer your mail within 1-2 working days.)

    Fill us return form (received via our mail)

    The return item in the original packaging. (or in another sturdy cardboard box) Make sure the return form is included in this box. Close the box carefully.

    Ayumu World would like to advise you to provide return shipments with a track & trace code. Our company is not responsible if you lose the package.

    Yes! We have the return shipping processed and you will receive a confirmation from us in your mailbox.

    Save yourself proof of shipment until we have confirmed the processing of your return shipment.

     

    (Please note that if products are used, worn, damaged or incomplete, Ayumu World will not accept the return shipment.)

    Do you live near Izegem and there is an item that you wish to return

    Please inform us about this contact us first before you come by. Then we plan a day for your return moment in Izegem and you will receive the amount refunded to your account within 14 days.
